APOLLO ADDRESSING
XPERT Card Pip Addressing
Enter the detector address to see exactly which numbered pips are removed, or tap the pips on the card to calculate the resulting address.
How it works: the values of all removed pips are added together to make the address. Example: address 9 = remove pips 1 + 8. Address 116 = remove 4 + 16 + 32 + 64.

This is a simplified engineering representation, not a scale drawing of the physical card. Match the numbered values to the markings on the genuine Apollo XPERT card before removing pips.
XPERT 7
XP95 / Discovery
Uses the 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64 pips. Normal Discovery protocol addressing is 1โ126. The 128 pip is not used on an XPERT 7 card.
UNIVERSAL / XPERT 8
128 pip
Universal/XPERT 8 cards include the 128 pip. It is used for CoreProtocol addressing where supported by the device and control panel. Check the system documentation before using addresses above 126.
